Løsning_____Solution

The etymology of the word Solution in both English and Norwegian, Løsning, is tied to knots. Both roots come from the act of loosening knots, solvere from Latin and leysa in Norse. Today, however, Solution takes two different, though not entirely disconnected, meanings. The definition you would likely be most familiar with: the answer to a problem. Or the one perhaps more familiar to chemists: a mixing of different substances.

This is the second issue of the revived Antropress, and while it likely will not be contributing to loosening the many knots we find ourselves in today, we hope that you continue to think about solutions after you have put down this issue.
